Qualified retirement plans require unique administrative services. Each year we will:
Gather necessary employee and Trust information
Determine employee eligibility
Calculate optimal plan contributions
Prepare employer recordkeeping reports
Determine Plan regulatory compliance including ADP/ACP, Top Heavy, 401(a)(4), 402(g), 410 (b), 414(s), 415, etc.
Prepare employee statements showing accrued and vested benefits
Produce signature ready regulatory reporting & disclosure forms required by the IRS, DOL, EBSA and PBGC, including Form 5500 series, Summary Annual Report, Safe Harbor Notices, Fee disclosures, etc.
Calculate, communicate and process distributions for all distributable events, including death, disability, retirement, termination, Qualified Domestic Relations Orders, and minimum required distributions at age 70½
Calculate and remit IRS and State withholding taxes from distributions as necessary
Prepare IRS and State distribution forms including forms 1099R, 1096, 945, DE6 and DE7
Collect, review and approve Cafeteria Plan expense reimbursement requests; prepare “signature ready” reimbursement checks; and provide quarterly employee and employer flexible spending account reports
